Find Out! is the training part of Nicola's work. Nicola delivers training in various aspects of learning and evaluation, including:

• introduction to the National Curriculum, learning styles and delivering schools' visits: for English Heritage
• creating resource boxes: for North East Museums, Libraries and Archives Council
• developing education spaces: for North East Museums, Libraries and Archives Council and Múzeumok és Látogatok Alapítvány (Hungary)
• evaluation techniques: for Their Past Your Future 2, Woodhorn Museum and Northumberland Archives, Group for Education in Museums Scotland, Skills Building for the Future (Scotland), Múzeumok és Látogatok Alapítvány
• community consultation: for Múzeumok és Látogatok Alapítvány
